Step 2: Place Your Order
Once you've selected your repair service:

- Complete checkout with your details
- You'll receive an order confirmation email with your repair reference number and the address to send it to.

- Remove batteries (if removable) and any accessories
- Wrap the controller in bubble wrap or soft padding
- Place in a sturdy box with additional padding around all sides
- Include your order reference number on a piece of paper inside the box
For Consoles:
- Remove all cables, controllers, and discs
- Use the original box if available, or a sturdy box with ample padding
- Wrap the console in bubble wrap with extra protection for ports
- Fill empty space with packing material to prevent movement
- Include your order reference number inside the box

We can repair any device, but opening it will void manufacturer warranties. If your device is still under warranty, we recommend contacting the manufacturer first.
